Retainer engagements start with a 90-day initial term, then continue month-to-month. Either side can end it with 30 days' written notice after that.

Yes. Findings are delivered directly to you and aren't shared, published, or referenced elsewhere without your permission.

You get a prioritized corrective action plan you can act on at your own pace. Many clients follow up with a 30/60/90-day review to confirm changes are in place, and some move into a retainer or aerial follow-on work from there. Nothing is required beyond the report itself.
